Salary: $40,000 plus perfomance bonuses
Job Description:
Directly responsible to support, motivate and supervise Regional Managers and Area Supervisors as well as indirectly the training and field staff. Selection, training and business development of the field staff
Operational financial management including budgeting, budget projections, financial modeling and financial analysis of the operating results for each of the profit centers. Implementing corrective action in the event of problems as well as recognition of positive results.

Administrative Assistant(1 in each region)
Salary: $24,000
Job Description:
Dynamic, intelligent, self-starter needed for administrative support. Must be organized and able to prioritize and accomplish multiple taskings in a fast paced environment. Experience in government or military personnel management helpful. Duties include timesheet management, drafting position descriptions, customer service, scheduling meetings and conference calls, preparing reports, research, answering phones, and other general office management duties included.
